I was lucky enough to enjoy an evening with my best friend when she came home to visit her parents and attend the Relay for Life here. We have been the closest friends since the age of 3 and haven't lost touch since. Now we are are both lucky enough to each have 2 girls and we try to get them together as often as we can so they can stay close like we did. They have so much fun everytime they are together and I know my girls talk about it all the time and can't wait for the next time.
This post is sure picture heavy but there were so many great ones to choose from. So this post is dedicated just to the black and white ones...and not even all of them ;) Poor girls were getting eaten alive by all the mosquitos so I am surprised we got what we did!
Youngest to oldest...she reminds me so much of her mom!!
And I love this!!
And oldest...she looks a lot like both her mom and her dad...actually her grandma...
At the beginning she was not having the mosquitos at all!! Poor thing was so worried about them all over me...luckily they had spray on! But by the end she was hamming it up for the camera, she is so smiley!
Thanks J & J for letting me capture your precious girls! And of course coming for supper and spending the evening with us...definately can not wait for the next time!

Oh my goodness. These pictures are GORGEOUS! I love having friends that have been your friend forever and ever! They are the bestest kind! I know she is going to love the pictures too! I especially love that your 'models' let you keep shooting despite bugs. They are fabulous models for sure!
So so so beautiful. I love allowing a smidge of color to pop through the B&W. Precious!!!
Blessings!
