{R} - 8 months

I am just sneaking a quick post in here as I know that this handsome little guys mom is waiting for a sneak peak....enjoy!!

Now there is just something about this one....love all the baby chub!!

Sneak Peak - Baby {A}

I am so lucky to be able to capture little tiny newborns when they are still so fresh in the world...each and everytime it is a new adventure.  This was definately one of my easiest ones yet and I had so much fun catching up with her parents.  Her dad was another classmate of mine, that is one thing about our small community, there is still a lot of us around the area so I get to capture their families as well!

This is a new all time favorite...I just love the colors as it just brought out her eyes...

And what a perfect little family....

 

And last, but certainly not least, we got to add in a special blanket and sweater...ADORABLE!

Sneak Peak - {C} Family

I have been so swamped lately that my blog has been slacking, but, I know this family is anxiously waiting on their sneak peak.  I love on-location photo shoots and get even more excited when they have a great prop like this barn.  I will let the pictures speak for themselves....Aren't they the cutest kids ever!

Sneak Peak - Princess {T}

Lucky, lucky is what I call my job...I am so blessed to meet up with old friends/teachers.  This little girls grandma was one of my teachers and Taya also has been lucky enough to have her in her classroom some last year.  Our whole school is so blessed to have her help with a great beginning to our children's lives.  And then her daughter...I remember her when she was just little.. I can not wait to see if {T} will grow up to look just like her mom, beautiful inside and out!
This is definately a fun sneak peak!  There is just nothing like the fun expressions of a 6 month old..

And just a perfect smile, I would have to say that 6 months is my ultimate favorite age to capture ;)

And last, but not least, a little baby chub.  I love, love, love me some rolls....

Classy S turns 1!

Something I have come to realize is how much fun sessions are when the mom brings some fun props along...this mom never ceases to amaze me with her awesome cake/cupcake making she does.  No doubt she is artsy though as she is a graphic designer by day and super mom at night!  I wish I had some of that talent.  This post is picture heavy but just plane and simple couldn't help it ;)  I hope you see why.
Loved the bright colors and matching flower..she had so much fun playing with the flowers.

There are a lot of times I think that the siblings I capture look alike, but I tell you what, I have watched big brother P grow from 6 months and he looked just like her!

Love this <3!!  He has changed so much in the last half year since I have seen him, he loved pictures this time!

Couldn't pass up the cakesmash...

And last but not least, I really, really like when siblings get to join it...

Another 1 year old...

I was so glad this family wanted to wait for it to get nice out to do a session outside.  All of their birthday's are around February and March so we usually just miss the nice weather for outdoor pictures.  It was so much fun to take their pictures this year too because they actually all remember me, which made it so easy, quick and painless for them.  It also helps just to capture them the way they are!

I think they all look similar but the older they get...the more they get their own features...

We will go youngest to oldest this time as little {E} turned 1!   You may remember him from my favorite 3 month session ever!!

And then there is Mr. {J}...I think he looks like he is always thinking about something ;)

And gorgeous {K}, I swear this girl never, ever takes a bad picture!! 

And lastly, we had to try get the two boys in their bibs...love it!

And baby {K} makes 3...

This is the first time I have gotten to capture this family, but had met their mom along the way at some of the Thirty-One Parties I consulted.  These are some of the cutest kids ever and how well behaved.  Our session got a little long for them as the newest addition was so happy and content just staying awake and taking in all that was going on around her.  I have to say what a perfect baby she is though, as she let me move her around so much and never made a peep, the whole while being awake!
Here are the older siblings...All of their eyes were just amazing!

And last but not least...the new addition.  She was only 3 weeks old, but as alert and strong as a 4 month old!  I got her to sleep for about 20 minutes and loved what I got...

I just had to share one to show how beautiful her eyes are too...

And the littlest turns 1!!

I just love being back outside taking pictures!  I definately couldn't have asked for a more perfect day to capture these 3 boys...and what great boys they were.  We even got to do the cakesmash outside which was so fun....without further ado.  This is a picture heavy post but couldn't resist posting this many.

 

Aren't his eyes just the best...I remember how much I liked them last time.

And this little guy was going to make me work at the start...but once we got his shark involved he was such a ham!

All the boys sure have their own look...cute!

And little E turned 1!

I couldn't resist this before and after...he was the first one to use my favorite vintage prop ever so I had to make sure we got one a year later on it too.

I really like that the older boys got involved in the cake smash...I think we could've had some pretty messy kids if we had let them keep going!

Sneak Peak - {L} Family

I am so lucky to have the best clients ever that just keep returning.  This is truely why I love what I do, I love to watch the kids grow.  You may recognize these two from last year and every year since I have started :)
Little brother K sure has grown from his newborn pictures, he sure has grown up.  He was such a little ham in front of the camera.

I am so, so happy to be able to be back outdoors...just nothing like it!  I think K looks so much like his dad when he was little.

And these two couldn't take a bad picture together!

B has changed so much through out the years and is just so gorgeous!

Her age is one of the most challenging, yet the most fun.  They don't always want to take the pictures but when you finally bribe convince them to they are the best and most natural.  B did great the whole time!

And lastly...I couldn't resist showing beautiful B throughout the years!  Fun looking back :)

Thanks L family for coming back again!  It was great catching up again...funny how we all live so close yet never see each other.

Baby B turns 6 months!

This was the first time I have gotten to capture this little cutie...and hopefully not the last!  He had so many pictures that were awesome that you are going to be in a picture overload on this post ;)  That is always a good thing though isn't it??  It was nice to be back in the swing of things after my little hand surgery I had, now I am just ready to get some green grass to take the action outside.
I loved the vintage look of this one...and one of my new floors too!

I couldn't resist posting these!  And I just love all his baby chub, I wish I would've had some of these for my girls...they would've killed me when they were older with how much chub they had.

Lastly, for his Dad!!  A huge gopher fan in the making ;)

Buckhouse Family

We are so, so lucky to have this family's grandma/mom as our daycare provider.  We have had her since the very beginning and could not be happier!  She really has become a second mom to my girls :)  Anyways...back to this perfect little family...for unfortunate reasons they were making the trek back home from South Dakota to attend a funeral.  Lucky for me, I got to capture little H's 1 year pictures!  She was so much fun and had the most big and beautiful eyes ever!
Boy are they in trouble when she gots older!!

 And this was just the greatest pose ever!

The Sherman Family

I was elated when these three beautiful girls' mom e-mailed me asking for me to do a mini session.  I was also honored as their mom is a great photographer herself!  You could definately tell that this is a regular thing for the three of them as we were done in about half hour with all three of them.  And this is just a fraction of the great pictures we got.  After we were done with pictures, the two older girls stayed to play with my two girls.  What a treat that was...talk about two of the most polite girls ever!  I can only hope mine are like that at other people's houses.  Enough talking...here is the real reason you came here ;)
 B is in Taya's grade and they seem to really click, they both love crafts, drawing and riding dirtbikes.  We are lucky they live close so we can go snag the girls whenever we want ;)

And then there is S...she was feeling a little bit left out when B was going to stay, so you should've seen the cute, shy smile she had when I asked her to stay too.

And the main reason they came was to capture this little cutie before she grew anymore.  You may have seen this same picture on Facebook but I put a little twist on it and loved it!  So I couldn't resist on posting it again.
