So I decided to join in
Colleen's Recipe Monday, I have gotten quite a few awesome recipes so far and decided to give it a try. I enjoy watching her blog, she has the most adorable kids and is an awesome inspiration in the photography department. I might from time to time do a few different things on here just for fun, hope you like it.
So here is today's try:
Meatballs3 lbs ground beef
1 box stove top stuffing
1/2 cup sour cream
3 eggs
salt & pepper
onion-optional
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
We had these tonight for supper, unfortunately I don't have beautiful pictures like everyone else but figured I would give it a try anyways.

yummy!!!! We love meatballs...oh and I bet these would be wonderful for super bowl!!! We should do that next week...have everyone post super bowl recipes...
